Could not thank PetCare enough. They were wonderful, kind and helpful with our kitty who had never been in a cat hotel before.

They kept us updated and I cannot imagine Sansón being in a better place. They’ve got us a customers for life.

We have used Viv and Pam more than once to look after our dogs (labrador and dachshund). The ‘rooms’ are a nice size and allow the dogs to see around while they are in there which helps to avoid boredom. The time out for play is in a lovely area that has lots for the dogs to explore and sniff. At the end of the visit, all the bedding is washed and returned clean - bonus!

Our experience with Viv was truly wonderful! Our elderly cat stayed at the hotel, and despite all the issues of last minute organization from halfway across Spain & all the other problems we encountered Viv was so helpful and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond, making what could have been complex & stressful situation into a nice, calm experience. He is so good with Smokey, and clearly cares about animals

Our little jack russel spent two happy weeks here while we had to go back to UK. We could not have asked for a more well run, cheerful, pet friendly place....he was so well looked after and looked so bouncy and happy when we picked him up.....it was a pleasure to behold. I will never worry about leaving now....its such a relief! I would highly recommend Petcare Pet Hotel and its owners Viv and Pam who are a delightful couple!
